Many of the items at Flaming Chili are handcrafted. We may need up to 3 weeks before shipping your item. We ship all orders UPS ground. Please provide a physical shipping address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. After your order has shipped, you may track the progress of your shipment with our online order tracking system.
Please send us an inquiry for shipping rates if you wish to ship to a military APO or FPO address.
CUSTOMS:
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what thy may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.GIFT CARDS TERMS OF USE:
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipients account.
If your order exceeds amount of your Gift Card, you must pay the balance with a credit card.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refund. You can request a check refund for remaining balance of $2.00 or less.
Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience at Flaming Chili. If you return an item within 30 days after delivery, we will refund 100% of the purchase price if the item is in it's original condition. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
If an item is received in damaged condition, e mail us with your invoice number, item(s) damaged and we will make arrangements with UPS. We will promptly send you a replacement item.
